Shipping Policy

We want your wooden door hangers to reach you safely and on time. All our products are carefully cut and engraved with precision laser work, so each order requires careful preparation. Please review the shipping details below.

Shipping Scope

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of $9 applies to all orders within the United States.

Business Days

All processing and shipping times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 7:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or DHL, depending on the destination and size of the package. All shipments include tracking.

Order Processing, Transit & Delivery Time

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
• Address updates are supported before the package reaches the carrier. If the package is already with USPS or DHL, you must contact the carrier directly.
• We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
