ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 Cancellations Before Shipment

  • You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at support@panegang.com with your order number.
  • If your order has not been processed yet, we will issue a full refund.

1.2 Cancellations After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

  • Orders for custom or personalized T-shirts cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed.
  • Please double-check your design, size, and details before placing the order.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact your payment provider.

MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

  • If you need to modify your order (change size, color, or address), please reach out within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once processing begins, modifications will no longer be possible.
