Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our wooden door hangers are custom-made using precision laser cutting and engraving, we have specific cancellation guidelines to ensure production efficiency and order accuracy. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of order placement.
After this period, production may begin, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel within the allowed timeframe, please contact our support team immediately at support@panegang.com with your order number.

After Production Begins

Once your order has entered the production stage (including cutting, engraving, or packaging preparation), cancellations are no longer accepted because each product is custom-made after the order is received.

Refund Processing Time

If your cancellation request is approved within the cancellation window:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refund processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Payments processed through third-party payment providers will follow their respective refund processing timelines.

Address Changes

Address changes are allowed only before the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
If the package has already been shipped, you must contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
