Return Eligibility

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for regular orders. This ensures that every piece is carefully made according to our quality standards.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. In these cases, we provide a prepaid return label, so you do not have to pay any additional fees for sending the item back.

Requesting a Return

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@panegang.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item using the prepaid return label.

Replacements and Refunds

Once we receive the returned item or verify the defect, we will prepare a replacement, which typically takes 6–10 business days to arrive. 

If a refund is approved instead, the amount will be credited to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different designs or customizations due to the nature of our products.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, orders are considered in production and cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of our products.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages unless they are shipped using the provided prepaid return label. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
