About Our Products
What material are your T-shirts made of?
Most of our T-shirts are made from 100% premium combed cotton, offering a soft, breathable feel with good moisture absorption. Some special styles (e.g., athletic wear, heather tees) may contain a polyester blend for added durability and stretch. You can find specific material details in the description section of each product page.
How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed Size Chart Here. The chart includes measurements like shoulder width, chest circumference, and T-shirt length. We recommend measuring a T-shirt you already own that fits well and comparing its measurements to our size chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, consider choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Are the prints on the T-shirts durable? How should I care for my T-shirt?
- We use modern DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology, ensuring sharp prints, vibrant colors, and high durability.
- To keep your T-shirt and its print looking great, we recommend:
- Turning the T-shirt inside out before washing.
- Washing in cold or lukewarm water (below 40°C / 104°F).
- Using a gentle wash cycle; avoid harsh spinning.
- Do not use strong bleach.
- Hang dry in a shaded area; avoid direct sunlight.
- Iron on low heat and turn the T-shirt inside out; do not iron directly on the print.
Do the product colors on the website match the actual product?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible through our photography. However, the colors you see may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.

How do I place an order?
Simply follow these easy steps:
- Select the product, color, and size you want.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Review the items in your shopping cart.
- Click "Proceed to Checkout".
- Fill in your shipping information and select your payment method.
- Confirm your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use secure protocols SSL to encrypt your payment information. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our system.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@panegang.com. We can only assist if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all provinces and cities across Vietnam.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the shipping carrier selected. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
How long does delivery usually take?
Estimated delivery times are: 7-10 business days.
Please note that these times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and external factors (e.g., weather, public holidays). You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking website. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order if the product has a manufacturing defect, if we shipped the wrong item/size, or if it doesn't match the description.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team via support@panegang.com. Provide your order number and photos/videos illustrating the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on Panegang's part (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size/style (and the original item is not faulty), you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
When will I receive my refund/exchange?
Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged item within 7 business days.
