We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing and Transit Times: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, with an estimated transit time of 4-5 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 6-8 business days. All delivery times are estimates and subject to factors beyond our control, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Shipping Locations: We ship exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, international addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. Reshipment fees may apply if a package is returned due to an invalid address.   • Lost or Missing Packages: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If a package is significantly delayed or confirmed lost during transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund, as further detailed in our Shipping Policy.

5. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Timeframe: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, orders enter the processing phase and cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Procedure: To initiate a cancellation or modification, you must contact us immediately via email at support@panegang.com. A request does not guarantee success.

  • Eligibility: You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Specific conditions apply for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, USA. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
