Our shipping process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free, so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying your next favorite hoodie or sweatshirt.

Where We Ship

Panegang currently ships exclusively within the United States, covering all 50 states, including:

• The continental U.S.
• Alaska and Hawaii
• P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our priority is ensuring fast and reliable delivery for our U.S.-based customers.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders. If your order total is under $150, this fee applies regardless of your location or package size.

However, if your order total is $150 or more, we’re happy to offer free shipping. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees at checkout – what you see is what you pay.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed from our U.S. facility with care and attention. Our standard processing time is:

• 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day. During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or new collection launches, please allow for a slight delay, though we always strive to stay within our stated timeframe.

Estimated Delivery Time

Transit time is typically 2–3 business days. Therefore, the total estimated delivery time including order processing is 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package ships, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Shipping Providers

We work with trusted and reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. These include:

The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery location and order size to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking:
