This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for your reference. When you purchase from our store, you agree to these terms.

1. Shipping & Processing Time

– Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. 

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
  • High-Volume Periods: Please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons like holidays or promotional periods. We will announce any significant delays via a banner on our website.

– Transit Time: The time it takes for your package to travel from our shipping facility to your delivery address. Please allow an additional 4-5 business days for your order to arrive.

→ Total Delivery Estimate: The estimated total delivery time from the date of purchase is 6-8 business days.

* Important Note: Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, federal holidays in the USA, or unforeseen carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer a flat rate of $6.99 on all U.S. orders, with no hidden fees.
  • All delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed and shipped. We use major carriers such as UPS, and FedEx Ground to ship our products.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. 

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • International addresses
  • APO/FPO addresses

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Our window for cancellations and address changes is limited. If you need to cancel an order or update a shipping address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled or modified. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Reshipment Fee: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipment fee will be required to have the order sent out again.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a returned package remains unclaimed for 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the items without issuing a refund.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we consider it successfully delivered and are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

  • Delayed Shipments: If your tracking information shows a package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is significantly delayed, please wait 48 hours to see if it arrives. In many cases, packages marked “delivered” arrive shortly after. After this period, if your package has still not arrived, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. An investigation may take up to 7 business days to complete, during which we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
  • Missing in Transit: If your package’s tracking has not been updated in over 15 business days, please contact us with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
