1. Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition, with tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of use
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: Final sale, custom-made, or personalized hoodies are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.


2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to support@panegang.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the Item
    Pack the hoodie securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Refund or Store Credit
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit if you prefer.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the correct item.
  • Exchanges are treated as a separate transaction to ensure fast and accurate service.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Email support@panegang.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the defect or issue.
  • We will prioritize your case and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost shipments.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at support@panegang.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it.
  • If the order has already shipped, Panegang is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • Returned packages due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized hoodies
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

9. Holiday Exceptions

During high-volume periods and U.S. holidays, return and refund processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

Our warehouse is closed on the following U.S. holidays:
