At Panegang, we process orders quickly to ensure your items are shipped as fast as possible. Because of this, our window for cancellations and modifications is very limited.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification Timeframe
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour window, your order has entered the processing phase and can no longer be canceled or modified.
- What’s the difference between a modification and a new order? An order modification includes changes to the items within an existing order (e.g., swapping sizes or colors). If you need to add a completely new item, it’s best to place a separate order to avoid delays.
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification
To request a cancellation or modification, you must contact us immediately via email at support@panegang.com within the 12-hour timeframe.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and order number.
- The reason for the request (e.g., “Cancellation Request” or “Modification Request”).
- For modifications, specify the exact changes you need (e.g., “Change size from S to M”).
Important: A request does not guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. Our team will review your request and confirm if it was successful.
3. What Happens Next?
- If your request is successful: If we can cancel or modify your order in time, you will receive a confirmation email from us. For cancellations, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment, which typically takes 7 business days to appear on your statement. For modifications, your order will be updated, and a new confirmation email will be sent.
- If your request is not successful: If we are unable to fulfill your request because your order has already entered the processing phase, we will notify you via email. At that point, the order cannot be stopped or changed.
4. Unsuccessful Cancellations or Modifications
If your cancellation or modification request is not successful, and you still do not want the item, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you. Once you have received the item, you can initiate an exchange by following the instructions in our Exchange Policy. Please note that our Shipping Policy states that we are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
