1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size or color, you may exchange your shirt within 21 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned with their original tags and in their original packaging.
- Original Purchase: We can only process exchanges for items purchased directly from our website.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at support@panegang.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item you wish to exchange.
- The size and/or color you would like to exchange it for.
Once we receive your request and confirm item availability, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send your item back before contacting us.
3. Shipping for Exchanges
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your original item. However, if the need for an exchange is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or a damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
4. Processing Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your new item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed after the returned item is received at our facility, and an additional 4-5 business days for the new item to be shipped and delivered. We will send you a confirmation email with a new tracking number once your new item has shipped.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. We will gladly cover all shipping costs to replace the item with the correct one.
- Photographic Evidence: To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your email.
- Prompt Action: We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Once the damaged or incorrect item is returned, we will promptly ship the correct replacement.
