At Panegang, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned – whether it’s the wrong size, a change of heart, or a last-minute cancellation. That’s why we offer a clear and customer-friendly Exchange & Cancellation Policy to keep your hoodie shopping experience smooth and stress-free.
1. Exchange Policy
Need a Different Size or Color?
No problem! We accept exchanges for most hoodie items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact Us at support@panegang.com with the subject line “Exchange Request.”
- Include your order number, the reason for exchange, and the new size/color you want.
- Wait for our team to respond with return instructions and stock availability.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part)
- Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship the replacement within 3-5 business days
2. Cancellation Policy
Changed Your Mind?
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
To cancel your order:
- Email us at support@panegang.com immediately with the subject line “Cancel My Order”
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Refund & Returns Policy instead
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled:
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Orders for customized or personalized hoodies
- Orders placed more than 12 hours ago and currently in production
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective hoodie:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide clear photos and order information to support@panegang.com
- We’ll replace the item at no additional cost, including shipping
4. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked Final Sale during clearance or limited-edition drops. These items are not eligible for exchange or cancellation unless they arrive defective or damaged.
